Staring time for the event is to be _________________ . Proper accommodation and access is to be provided several hours prior to the event start time to allow for set up and presentation. Access may include suitable and safe areas to position portable BBQ grills and refrigeration equipment, coolers, and support vehicles.
Catering service to be provided for ____________ people. Typically, King-Q provides approximately 10% extra food in case additional people attend due to unforeseen circumstances. However, if actual attendance significantly exceeds number as stated above (by more than 10%), and King-Q has to provide additional food and/or service to accommodate and satisfy the larger crowd, King-Q reserves the right to bill for the additional food, presentation, and labor. The amount of the additional bill will be determined by selected menu items consumed, actual attendance, and additional labor cost.
A sum of $ __________________ will be paid to King-Q in consideration for catering service on date and location listed. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order placement to cover the cost of pre-purchased food. The final 50% payment is required upon arrival on the date of the event (prior to food service). Acceptable forms of payment are personal and corporate checks or cash.
